Floyd didn't win FOTD because Americans plain hate him. If he was from another country he would have won the award.

Boxing elites don't get KOd by Torrecampo, Singsurat and Floyd's sparring partner JMM. But Pac is fighter of the decade just like Donaire was FOTY. I guess it counts for something. Besides Floyd was on vacation. Manny got it by default.
