Hopkins is willing to drop 15 pounds for the contest....

What other fights are there for Floyd that will draw big money right now? Other than Cotto Part 2 or Pacquiao...

    Who would win at 160

I woud LOVE to see it. It's of historical significance. Bhop would get no credit if he wins as i know he just wants a payday but Floyd's stock would rise dramatically for winning a legit lhw belt and beating a legend. 24/7? Wow.

Opps my bad. If the fight was at 160, the lhw belt would not be on the line but it would still be a heck of a win for the much smaller Floyd.

And if Hopkins is a live body, he would Ko Floyd. It's all about how the weight drain affects Hopkins. If he's 75% of what he normally is at 48, Floyd gets koed.

Not good for the sport. This is far from the best fight out there. I'd rather see Mayweather vs khan, Bradley, Alexander, Garcia or even brook

15? more like 10 pounds, did you see him at the weigt in? he was flacid at 172 did not look drained at all, so in all honesty it would be like 8 pounds

Exactly. And that has to be completely attributed to the fact that he's 48 and lost considerable muscle mass. Hopkin's body looks much less defined and muscular than even 5 years ago against Pavlik. And muscle weighs more than fat. So maybe he can make 160 somewhat comfortably. Who knows. Give him 6 months to get down there?
