    You make good arguments all the way up to your final sentence;

    At this stage of the game Hopkins doesn't "duck" anybody. He fights who he wants and if he gets a win, good on him. Hell, if he looks good losing, it's a win.

    Long live the "Alien"!

    I just cant possibly see how Hopkins at his age can make 160 , he's not fought at that weight for eight years ,

    id rather see Mayweather Vs Broner , or GGG

    Mayweather vs Hopkins at 160 is simply not a relevant fight.

    Put either of them in with GGG at 160 then we have a story to tell.

    I'm in the minority as usual but I have no interest in seeing this. If Floyd's gonna fight a bigger guy then I'd rather it be GGG or Martinez.

    Not really but thats not to say I wouldn't watch it if it happened (by the way there is absolutely zero chance of this fight happening, it really is complete pie in the sky stuff, and Hopkins knows it)

    If he can cut himself back to 160, the alien should fight GGG, ***y or Ward

    He's fine at 154. He fought Oscar and Canelo at JMW. 160? For a fight vs. Hopkins? Sure, but that's too low for Hopkins IMO. Martinez? 157Lbs. would be fine.

    Hopkins is the only fighter alive that possesses at least some tactical, strategic, and psychological advantages over Mayweather. This alone makes the fight more interesting than anything we have seen from Floyd lately.

    This would be a wrestling match, dreadful, one punch each then grapple, absolute nightmare.
