I'd take Toney by late KO as he's still a brilliant defensive fighter, would last the fight, and land something on that glass Wilder mandible.

 

Wilders what 16 yrs younger 9 inches taller and a 12 inch reach advantage , Hw toney has zero power and his defense is a far cry from his prime . There's noway I would wanna see a great fighter like toney was ko'd in a few rds by a guy that has serious power after all the damage toney has already taken over the yrs

 

A shadow of the shell of the totally-shot version of Toney would be a significant step up for Wilder.

 

With that said if this was 03 toney vs 13 wilder I could see James ud all day noway he get the ko though . I wonder if 5"9-5"10 toney could even land a good head shot on a guy that tall as short as he is

Even five or six years ago, Toney would have been a very good test for Wilder.
