    Hes number 2 in WBA rankings...

    Seriously his best win is against Bert Cooper..an ancient Bert Cooper

    AND

    I can only find one fight of his on youtube

    he would really have to suck to lose to a fat , slow, sloppy chagaev.....he was average when he was in his prime, this version is beyond ordinary
