Now the FACT is, Floyd admitted to being afraid of the Pacquiao he saw in the ring, the FACT is, his assumption of Pac being on PED's is unproven suspicion by himself. The assumption of Pac being on PED comes from his fear of what he sees in Pacquiao, for example, he didn't have the same fear going into a Hatton fight hence why he didn't accuse the man of being on PED. Floyd ran from Pac when Pac was at his peak, when the fight SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED. This is simple history, very basic, very well known. Floyds legacy will always suffer from it, while Pacs is secure in the fact of 8 titles and MANY big wins.
