    Now that Rios and Ortiz are fighting in the same weight class, it's time for the former friends to slug it out. After Rios loses to Pacquiao and Ortiz beats Gomez, would you watch Rios/Ortiz?

    Ortiz = Golden Boy

    Rios = Top Rank

    Not really possible.

    That would be a great grudge match unfortunately it wont happen anytime soon due to promotional issues.

    Ortiz would be able to point him all day, but if he gasses (i.e. Maidana, Peterson, Floyd, Josesito) than Rios will be there late with volume so that's where the danger would lie for Ortiz.

    First of all it is a mistake on your part in assuming Rios will lose to Pacman. Ortiz has little chance against Rios. Victor could never last in the ring with him when they were gym mates. So there is no reason to believe he could last now.

    I'd watch Ortiz-Rios for sure. And after their fight I'd watch the Garcia brothers for the after fight.

    IF Ortiz can keep his head straight I would actually favor him. Believe it or not Ortiz is more talented than Rios and has more potential, problem is he doesn't have a strong heart and can have his spirit broken.

    Ortiz is too explosive for Rios, late round stoppage. Then again Ortiz hasn't fought in a while, don't know what type of fighter he is now.

    Given the history between the two, I think this is a fight that could easily be PPV undercard worthy...IF promoted properly.

    hopefully Rios is still healthy enough to fight when the cold war ends. Because this would be a hell of a fight and they legit both hate each other. Would be a classic brawl if we got the ortiz who fought berto
