Frochs skills are underrated, but groves is still probably the better technical boxer. All irrelevant though because he will just overwhelm groves and stop him.

This is the unknown for me, if Groves can remain disciplined and stick to his boxing he has an excellent chance of winning. The loss of Booth is huge and ultimately may be the deciding factor. Booth seemed very confident in Groves defeating Froch before they split.
I think the biggest factors in this fight will be power and stamina. As long as Groves has the power to keep Froch honest and the legs to get out of his range and absorb his power he will be winning but once he starts to tire, which he probably will Froch will take over and may force the stoppage.
