This guy looked good last night. I assumed after that performance there would be more talk about him on the forums today. I wish Magomed well and don`t want to dismiss his condition but Perez really boxed well and I for one can`t wait to see him in the ring again. So, what do you guys think about Perez, his skills, and his chances to impact the division?
Very impressed, showed good skills & an excellent chin. Wouldn't mind seeing him against a Jennings, Szpilka or Ruiz level type guy. I think he adds a lot to the division
He is the Number 3 in Heavyweight with potential to beat the Klitschkos. 1. Wlad 2. Vitali 3. Perez 4. Pulev 5. Boytsov
Not sure if he breaks my top 10 yet. Pulev has still done much better so far. Boytsov at 5? Really? Not how I see it
I'm not sure Perez could beat Pulev.. Thats a fight a really want to see though! Pulev said he wants one more fight before facing a Klitschko, this is the fight he should take.
Perez is ok but lets face it he didn't really beat much in Mago. It concerns me he was not able to stop Glass chin Walker. Mago was all hype.
It would not shock me if Mago beat Wilder. Mago does have a chin but has never faced a power puncher like Wilder. It would be a 50/50 fight for me. Wilder has not been in with anyone that can take his power and fire back yet. But it looks like Wilder will get a title shot so I don't see him fighting Mago.
