I agree with most of this.

Only thing i dont is pac p4p #1. Arum was just feeding him crap talking about he doesnt have to answer to any demands. Its bout negotions, and it was give or take on boh ends. I really do blame pac for the fight not happening. Mayweather wanted testing, Pac and Roach wanted 10 mil every pound Mayweather was over, Mayweather had said yes. a bunch of hoopla but thats why it called negoations.

if he didnt then we wouldve had the fight 3 years ago so just stop. 10 mil every pound over the weight was most ridiclous thing a boxer ever had to agree to and Mayweather did. just wanted a test.

the way floyd demanded manny to take the tests was wrong like he was calling the shots at a time when manny deserved respect

 

also to add manny wanted to do the test 3 years ago but then floyd ducked again asking for all the paper view money

 

The REAL reason is because Rios has worked with Angel Heredia in the past. Rios also planned to work with Angel Heredia for this fight so Pacquiao wanted VADA testing after Marquez's shady history. In summary, it's all because of Rio's relationship with Heredia.

 

Pacquiao couldn't accept that offer back then especially when it came with insulting and degrading comments from Mayweather such as "He's cheating" and so on. Accepting that demand back then would have made Pacquiao look terrible regardless of the fight's outcome. He simply couldn't bow down to Mayweather and make that fight when he was being disrespected and called a cheater out of absolutely nothing. If Mayweather was serious he would have taken that fight without making that demand as he did when he fought Marquez and everyone else before him, it's only when Pacquiao became an option that Mayweather decided to play this game. This has more to do with the politics side of the sport than business and politics is involved in everything. Mayweather played well to slide away from the fight and so did Arum for their own reasons.

 

Then why in the hell did Pac decline JMM's request for testing in their last fight? JMM was working with Heredia and asked for testing but Pac declined.:deal

 

10 million above every pound within the welterweight limit doesn't seem like something Mayweather can't or won't do. All he had to do was weigh in at the limit and if anything goes beyond that Pacquiao was willing to sacrifice and still make the fight happen without having the entire(literally) world raging after the long wait.

Mayweather accepted that demand after having his own ridiculous demand passed through. Sure it may look normal today as the years passed but back then it was considered the most ridiculous demand ever.

 

Your facts are wrong. Pac vs JMM 4 is when JMM took it up a notch with Heredia and became HIGHLY suspect leading up to the fight. Pacquiao's camp ASKED JMM to take testing leading up to their 4th fight but JMM declined.

Pac requested testing with Rios because of Rios' hiring Angel Heredia. This is the reason.

 

I respect you Scar but that's BS and you know it. What Pac should've done was take the test prove he was clean get a career high payday and go out and beat PBF's ass. It doesn't matter how he looked he wouldn't have looked like a guy who had nothing to hide if he had tested. Instead ended up looking like a guy who indeed had something to hide. Especially now since he's been knocked out and lost fights only to agree to testing now.

 

Wrong! JMM has wanted testing for fights 3 and 4 and Pac has always declined.

 

Respect you too Pimp C but I don't really see that as bull****, I'm just being objective regarding this case as a fan of both. Pacquiao couldn't and shouldn't accept Mayweather's demand especially when it came with "You're a cheater" claims all over it. It was almost like Mayweather wanted to **** team Pacquiao off and away from the fight only to continue his "Pac is a cheater" claims and sign to fight Ortiz. Pacquiao never had anything to hide and you know it, it was Mayweather playing his own games to keep things complicated. Why was Pacquiao the first opponent Mayweather decides to bring this demand against?, why weren't opponents before Pacquiao became an option asked to do the same?

 

Because everybody else is doing VADA testing so he's doing it too, something that Floyd will never do .
