How can people say Golovkin is a hype job, but Broner isn't?

I didn't vote, they both have hype around it, and it is for a reason: they are both pretty good boxers. Stupid thread.

I prefer GGG to the little ***** who is Broner. But I have to admit he is good.

 

But if it turns out one can't handle the step up, which one would it be?

 

So what? Ponce De Leon had 2 defeats and Malgnaggi had 4 but they both went on to defeat Broner.

Broner has 3 titles in 3 weight divisions and is YOUNG.

All GG has an IBO and a WBA "special" title and is OLD.

So you think beating the likes of Vincente Rodriguez is what all boxers should be required to do to become 'world champions'.

No way in hell did Ponce win that fight....he was too busy RUNNING and getting POUNDED.

 

Ponce threw more punches, and connected more with greater accuracy. Not exactly running and getting pounded.

How is this trolling? The poll speaks for itself and most of the comments are people trying to argue Broner is the truth.

 

Broner a huge 130 and 135 pounder jumping up to welter is completely different than a middleweight jumping up to light heavy. When you get to the mid to bigger weights jumping up is way more difficult.
