I'd say he definitely is. Every time Floyd comes out to the ring, he showcases supreme conditioning and he never gets tired.

Some could say that it's Floyd but most of it probably has to do with the training regiment/health shakes that Leonard makes for him.

Honorable mentions: Angel Heredia, Victor Conte, Alex Ariza.

Who do you believe is the best str/conditioning trainer?

What a doofus ROFL All Ellerbee is good for is consoling Floyd when he breaks down in tears. He also likes to rub Floyds chest with that sick gleam in his eye

Also, Leonard's original role in camp was conditioning but is more executive in nature for the last several years.

Yeah, which is pretty much all that is noteworthy about the presence of these guys in boxing.

The man's an all-doer. I think that's why he's a 7 figure dude. He performs so many different tasks for Floyd/Mayweather Promotions

    He's also a

    1. Resource Manager
    2. Spokesperson
    3. 2nd assist
    4. CEO of Mayweather Promotions
    5. Financial advisor
    6. Bodyguard
    7. Someone who stands up for his fighers (Rosado beef)

He's so good I didn't even know that was his job.

Does he 'condition' any other fighters other than Floyd? Just curious :think

He used to be Rahman's str/conditioning trainer

He performs his role as a str/conditioning trainer for the fighters in Mayweather's brand.

Not as in depth as Floyd's regiment (For obvious reasons). The basic stuff mostly.

The dedication Leonard shows to Floyd is truly inspiring. I get teary-eyed just thinking about the beautiful bond he and Floyd have developed over the years.

I read on here before that Leonard has an MBA from Harvard, and that he was a golden gloves champion. He is truly a remarkable man.

Not sure whether Ellerbe deserves the credit these days. Floyd was in better shape in the Guerrero fight than he had been in a long while, certainly better shape than in Cotto and Ortiz. Ellerbe had been there the entire time. The change was Floyd Sr.
