    Undoubtedly.....

Stevens also had Golovkins respect. Moreso than in any of his previous fights. Golovkin ate a few flush counter L hooks, shook them off, and went back to work. :D

Rosado hurt Quillin repeatedly, but couldnt get in rhythm. GGG is in rhythm before the bell sounds. :yep

On the back of the Rosado performance I've got Stevens outboxing Quillin and maybe even stopping him,you seem to find my comment amusing but the only funny thing is people actually rate Peter Quillin, the guy is the definition of a hype job the sooner he gets exposed the better.

lol@rosado hurt quillin repeatedly. i think it was the other way around. it was quillin who dropped rosado and ripped his face open. quillin has problems with timing and balance, but he was never hurt in that fight. people get caught up in the commentary from the showtime team. i think rosado and stevens are about equal in terms of ability. quillin was way ahead at the time of the rosado stoppage and golovkin was also way ahead when the stevens fight was stopped.

ggg and quillin are about even in terms of ability. quillin has the speed advantage. he has a good jab and he has ko power. and he can take a good shot. guys are talking like ggg is so unstoppable...but even stevens landed some shots that staggered ggg and backed him up. imagine what quillin would do...

GGG stops him inside 10, no way the fight will go to distance

GGG and Peter Quillin are about even in terms of ability???

Stevens is a better fighter than Quillin,I would say he punches harder than him in the grand scheme of things as well.

GGG would absolutely demolish Kid Chocolate,it wouldnt go past six.Anyway Quillin is scared shitless of Golovkin so the fight probably wont ever happen.

Well it looks like triple g has the slight edge in votes lmao. I'm not as easily convinced as others so I still view this fight as an early cross roads for two budding champs. If I had to choose I'd slightly favor GGG because he seems to deal with adversity well while quillen has shown signs of uncertainty when put in a precarious position. I could change my opinion but there's no way in hell that you'll find me predicting a blow out for GGG, Rosado and Stevens showed he can fall in love with his own work and be tagged and both those men don't have the length, speed and fast twitch muscles that quillin clearly has. It's safe to say that neither man has faced a fighter quite like the other and we all know styles make fights so it will be interesting to see how GGG reacts when caught with a punch he does not see especially while on the attack, you must consider the fact that quillin has shown good power while boxing on the back foot can't really say I've seen GGG look impressive when forced backwards though to his credit he knows how to cut off the ring and his offense is quite dynamic when moving forward. I miss the days when this site had folks that actually analyzed the fight and all the possibilities.

It's a moot point for now, Quillin is not interested until GGG builds up his name like KC did.

You mean hes not interested because hed have his ass handed to him and he knows it.

Kid has built his name on beating nobodies,a 40 yr old Winky Wright who came out of retirement is the best name on his record ffs.

To be fair it's not as if GGG record contains a who's who of the boxing world so I'm not sure what your gretting at here.

Hassan N'Jikam (sp?) was decent enough a win actually and better than anyone GGG has faced. Problem is, Quillin lost basically every round he didn't manage to knock him down.

Is he? Macklin in most people's opinion beat Sturm. NJikam beat, hummm, Giovanni Lorenzo? He did drop his belt when ordered to fight GGG, if that counts in his favor.

Both guys have a good shot, because both guys have flaws in there game. Who ever get's off first, through out the night to keep the other on defense is going to win the fight.
