Supposedly he's planning on putting on 25lbs of muscle so no it doesn't sound like the wisest move unless he has no ambitions of acutally being successful at CW and just sees a couple of big money fights there. I don't think Cleverly or Bellew are going to make any great waves at cruiser. I think the plan will be to work towards a rematch for as much money as they are able to get. Cleverly Bellew II is the biggest fight for both of them.
He's food at CW. Why would he move up anyway? LHW is more prestigious and there is more money to be made.
