This would be a good match up. Bradley is the luckiest fighter since Paulie Ayala with the Judges. So there is no way Micky can win a decision. But that huge left hook to the body can stop anyone. Micky has a iron chin and Bradley can not punch even slightly hard. So there is no way he Ward is getting KO'd The only stoppage I see that Bradley might get is on cuts. I'm gonna take Ward on huge upset.. ko by body shot. I know a lot of people think that ward is a C+fighter and Bradley is a B+, maybe A- fighter. But if Tim stands in front of Micky, he's in trouble. Who do you guys think will win?
Bradley is in another league mate. He'd win a UD. Micky Ward was a tough SOB who could hurt Bradley, but he wouldn't do more than that imo.
Mickey Ward was a prototypical B level fighter. Just because Marky Mark decided to make a movie about him doesn't mean he was any better than an opponent.
Mickey Ward was a C level fighter simple as that Bradley is elite, it would not be close Bradley within 6 rounds, honestly Ward was fairly ordinary a contender nothing more
Love me some Micky Ward but Bradley would just stay on his toes all night circling and darting in and out and clinching at odd moments and just generally befuddling him. Wanna' say it might look something like S.O.G's domination of Froch, but I don't think Bradley could manhandle Micky like that. In any case, Timmeh by wide UD. Sorry Micky. No offense.
Have you seen Bradley's abs? There are very few junior welterweights in history that could hurt him with a body shot...much less knock him out with one.
That don't mean a thing, a perfect body shot to the liver or one which cracks a few ribs will hurt anyone whether they have abs or not. That said, Micky was a tough and durable fighter but Bradley is a few levels above.
