Froch -Groves could be a classic, Groves has a outside chance of beating froch, but he has a good chance of giving him trouble early on,
Groves could be the future star of UK boxing, who knows? he certainly has the talent.
and Gethin- Crolla should be a cracking contest

Would have felt Groves had a chance if he still had Booth on his side.
As for the rest of the card, as others have said, big names but tiny fights.
PPV worthy? No way. Insulting even.

Classic con job working. Notice how you mention names but not big fights. You have been conned into thinking you are happy to see BOXERS rather than BOXING.

This name packed card is a classic ***** trick.

I want to see meaningful main cards, meaningful fights.

I personally think its an over inflated card.

Far to many fights. I know some people will look at it and think. "ooh, all the olympians are boxing", but they're only bashing up a bunch of eejits and imo its just passing time.

There's not one single 50/50 fight on that card. And thats what annoys me. Id rather only 3 fights on the whole card if they where genuinly competitive bouts. But there's not even one. Poor matchmaking, but the main card should hopefully make up for it.

You need to look at it. Froch v Kessler undercard was absolutely awful. Compare that to this one and the cards amazing. Ino people will be annoyed but boxings a business at the end of the day. Will attrat a lot of casuals. This fight will do amazing figures and thats all that Sky really care about.. The last PPV card was on the same day as the Champions League final which affected the ratings. Two Brits for two World titles, pluss the likes of Mcddonell, Joshua, Murray and Campbell whos fans will buy it just to watch them. An also Crolla's fight will a great domestic clash and another world title fight in Quigg. I think the card is really good.

4 hour boxing cards are boring. I'd rather have less fights but with a lot more meaning and intrigue.

Big names but not big matches, that's how I see it.

Main problem with this PPV is that the main event is a potential mismatch and isn't PPV worthy, the under card also doesn't help but the main event is always most important and its average at best.

    I've seen a lot worse.

Really not bothered about the main event, it's a Calzaghe -Starie type fight.

Not great at all, casuals bumming it up to Eddie on twitter and let's be honest that's who PPV is aimed at so he will be happy.

They have fooled plenty (and plenty on here somehow) that Groves vs Froch is a 50/50 fight or that groves has a great chance. Its a mismatch in reality i'm afraid to say.

Shook horror!!!!!..............a boxing promoter who didn't keep his word.

Seems like people are finally waking up to the fact that Eddie is not a true fight fan and their best mate but is really actually only after your money.

This PPV is bollocks all ends up. Its a sham.

Does anyone know approx time for the main event ringwalk? Is it going out live on HBO or just Sky? Hoping for a good old fashioned UK timing, rather than having to wait till 4am due to pandering to the yankies.
