That's exactly what i was thinking, If they are approving it then it's a definately a case of double standards. How can they approve someone who clearly has some form of brain damage but not someone who has actually been given the all clear. The world is a funny place and humans are even funnier (not funny haha) well some are!
He must have to pass medicals surely? What is the actual process for remaining licenced do you need to get a yearly medical etc? And if you are licenced in the States and travel to fight in Britain do you need to pass a British medical? His speech is so bad now just wondered how stringent these things are really.
