Mikey Garcia can become like Pacquiao

Yes, I think is is possible. Mikey Garcia is very good fighter...........Rigo won't fight him..............at any weight........

 

He was very focused, very determined last weekend. But I'd put more weight to the quote if he said it about himself rather than his brother saying it about him.

 

4 division champ?...yes

5 will be tough, 6 no.

He's a different animal yeah, and one of my favorite fighters, but honestly if Garcia can carry the weight I think he could do greater things than pac.
Garcia definitely has better skills than Pac did in his younger age.. Maybe even more skill now honestly (not a knock to Pac), he's probably got bigger one punch power than Pac (granted Garcia is not fighting much bigger guys like Pac currently is), chin is hard to tell about Garcia but seems good, etc.

Garcia is a much more complete fighter than past/ present day Pac imo.

 

Too much emphasis put on multi weight titles nowadays. I wouldn't mind seeing , someone beat the best and clear out a division before hand picking a belt holder at a higher weight.

 

They're different types, imo.

He won't do a Manny Pacquiao, I can almost guarantee that.

 

Garcia didn't face the big tests yet he hasn't as you mentioned fought bigger guys like pac I can almost guarantee he will not be a 8 time world champion in 8 different weight classes

 

His chin seems shaky

Skilwise he could but dont think his chin will hold up, plus the reason Pac dis so well is because of his speed, power and combinations
Mikey is too patient big guys will hurt him

 

He definitely has the body type where he can put on weight and excel in heavier classes. I do believe that with his power, hand speed, foot work, chin, and determination, he will win more belts in the future.

I can def see him winning titles as high as 140, higher than its a possibility depending on how he handles the weight and depending on who he goes up against.
