His a fighter, what do you expect.

Mayweather would fight him at 144 though, as his not a true welterweight

 

He wouldn't stop him, but he probably would beat him.

 

He doesn't really say he would beat Floyd with much emphasis. He was more being diplomatic in my view and giving Mayweather his dues.


My own opinion is Ray beats Floyd. Ray can do everything Floyd can do and more. The fierce punching skills and lighting combo's of Lenard give Mayweather a lot more than he has ever experienced before.

Why would Leonard say 'I'd UD him' if he thinks he woulda knocked Floyd out?
So what if Floyd hasn't been knocked out before, has Floyd fought anyone even half as good as Leonard? Has he taken on any opposition that can compare to what Leonard faced?
How would Floyd have done against Duran, Hagler, Hearns & Benitez?
No flaws? Didn't Floyd get knocked down by Judah, shook to his boots by Moseley, arguably lost to Castillo & struggled against a shot Cotto?

Tommy Hearns would have beat Floyd i think , if they were around at the same time Floyd would have ducked him . The Sugar Ray Leanord fight is a bit harder to call both just as fast as each other SRL hit harder at welterweight but Floyd has the best defence.

Its funny how fools put this video up to try and slight Floyd but they do not watch the whole interview. Later on he says own brother roger says that he would lose for Floyd and that most people think he would lose.

Leonard would Ko May no problem , He was a tough SOB in his prime and if he hurt a guy he'd finish him. Hand speed =. Power leonard. toughness leonard, ALL AROUND SKILLS leonard, Defense May. SRL would KO iside of 10, ( he got Benitez and he had better Defense than May.) old school wins by KO.
