The first 2 fights were very entertaining both with KO's. I would love to see both men back in the ring for a trilogy. This time for the vacant WBO title. Any thoughts?

I'm sure Darchinyan would love a 3rd fight but I'm not so sure there's enough incentive for Donaire to want a 3rd fight. A rematch with Rigondeaux, while considerably more dangerous, would be HUUUUGGE.

Why? Donaire is 2-0-0 with 2 KO's against Darchinyan, what would a 3rd fight prove?

Yeah but is Rigondeaux willing to move up to 126?

Vic has had two chances already and he lost both by TKO. No need for trilogy.

Really feel sorry for Vic, he looked great for the best part of 9 rounds & was definately ahead, he wanted revenge bad, maybe too bad.
As for a third fight, TR have lots of options at 126 for them to go their seperate ways and maybe have a third fight down the road depending on performances against other opponents.
They can both get it on with the likes of Salido, Cruz, Lomachenko, Dib, Gradovich & Walters.

There's no need for a trilogy when Darchinyan lost twice.

Why should Donaire fight Darchinyan for the 3rd time when he tko'd/ko'd vic 2 times.

I say Vic could retire off his performance in the rematch with his head held high.
No need for a Trilogy, Can't imagine Darchinyan doing better than this last Sat.

If the KO would have taken place in the championship rounds and Donaire needed that KO to win then i would have been all in favor of a third fight but that did not happen and we will just have to move along.

0-2 with 2 KTFO you still have a chance.
