To me it was a Duck of a lifetime espically when he doing it now. I just think Pac felt it was time to take the initiative knowing it's part if his role as someone who is considered a role model. I dont think it has anything to do with Rios.

Pac was only going to agree to additional testing if Floyd was willing to step up but if course that never happened and it really had nothing at all to do with the testing.

Now that this fight is no longer fight of the century and both men are going their own way Manny is just moving on with his career just like Floyd.
