Cotto was drained, Floyd fought him at a comfortable weight, where Duckiao kept him at 145.
JMM schooled Pac in 2 of their 4 fights and brutally KO'ed him in their 4th fight, where Money gave made him his *****.

Floyd cheated marquez on the scales and then ud him. Thats floyds claim to fame and only common opponent he appears to do better against and makes it worthless by cheating marquez on the scales. Every other common opponent pac was way more dominant and that alone will settle who was better and that was pac without a doubt.
