Rios would probably beat Guerrero, and definitely knock out Khan, if that's who Floyd is fighting next.

In 09 Pac DID not agree to 14 days, the closest he would come is 24 days. Arum then scrapped the whole thing and went on to sign a fight with Clottey.

That's why I said 3 months later, after the Clottey fight. Were you following boxing at the time? Let me remind you: the negotiations were dragging out with the PED cutoff etc, and Pac was about to make his 1st run for Congress, so he needed a fight done ASAP and get campaigning. So the Floyd negotiations were aborted, and they made the Clottey fight in a hurry. Then as soon as he won his congressional seat, he went back to Floyd agreeing to unlimited testing, or 7 days, not clear. Floyd wasn't around to deny it, he took off on a lengthy vacation incognito despite HBO Boxing president Ross Greenburg trying to make the fight happen.

Well, actually yes I was. And the negotiations you are refering to are from I think May of 2010, like a month after Floyd fought Mosley. and it was the infamous, no negotiations ever happened. But even in those he still only agreed to 14 days.

Right, no negotiations happen, despite Ross Greenburg thinking he was mediating. Indeed, you can't have negotiations if one guy is unwilling to fight. We don't know what Pac agreed to, he claimed he agreed to all conditions, Koncz claimed 7 days. Floyd said nothing for a long time, being incommunicado, on vacation
