IF (and that's a very big if) Floyd were to lose it wouldn't be to a small one dimensional fighter like Plankman

The case for Manny beating Floyd:

1- Manny would (have been) the best fighter Floyd has ever fought.
2- Manny has speed, maybe not the single pot shot speed Floyd has but very very fast punches in combinations.
3- Manny is a major league puncher no matter how you look at it.
4- Manny is a southpaw, stylisticly this is normally not a major problem for Floyd, but when paired with the speed, power & volume of Manny this is definately a problem, Floyd would have to use the high guard instead of the shoulder roll otherwise he'd be open to Manny's left-hand.
5- Floyd Sr has planted that seed in lil Floyds head that Manny can't be that good without PED's, that means he acknowledges Manny is very very good & Floyd has doubts about the outcome.

These are just reasons why people give Manny a chance, obviously Floyd has the advantage in manny departments but Manny is still elite an an all time great.

Come on man you can point out flaws in his style but you can't **** on his resume, hand fed opponents?

Since when are Ledwaba, Agapito Sanchez, Barrera, Marquez, Morales, De Le Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, Moseley & Bradley hand fed opponents?

I think most sane people believe Floyd has the edge in height, reach, and style that would more than likely lead him to victory.

What Pac represents is a far better opponent than he's ever faced. I think that is what intrigues people the most. Pacman would be the only prime/near prime ATG Floyd ever faced.

The closest thing Floyd has come is Diego Corrales and Jose Luis Castillo and they are both far below Pacquiao's level of talent as anyone can clearly see. Both Solid HOF'ers but not exactly ATG's

After seeing Cotto vs Floyd the Pacquiao match has actually become more intriguing and of course even more disappointing. Pac getting KTFO only ruins this bouts luster if he gets Ko'd by a C-class brawler in Rios as well.

If Floyd doesn't fight Pacquiao before he retires he will not have faced one single true prime ATG during his career. Only HOFers like Mosley, Marquez, ODLH, JLC, Corrales, Cotto which is a solid resume but not the greatest of all times resume.

Void, Sr. said that Void, Jr. would never fight Pac, he said that right after Pac stopped Cotto, something Void could never do. Void has been running ever since, which is the reason he will not fight Pac, he is afraid he will lose the fight...............Styles make fights and Pac is the wrong style for Void.........

Styles make fights and Pac is the wrong style for Void. Void, Sr. said that Void, Jr. will never fight Pac, he said that right after Pac stopped Cotto, something Void could not do..................this is the fight than fans want to see, but Void keeps running. The fact that Void is so afraid of Pac shows fans that Void is afraid.........

Boxing is not a>b>c. Pac whooped Bradley, Bradley whooped JMM, JMM ktfo6 Pac. In hindsight, JMM has always had big trouble with guys who counterpunched, just look at his previous fights with a shot MAB and Casamayor, both guys nearly decisioned him. Chris John is another. Floyd is not only a bigger counter puncher but the best out there, stylistically, probably the worst possible matchup for JMM.

You do not have to tell me. I just do not see, what Marquez does better against Pacman, than Floyd would. Floyd does everything better than Marquez.
