Fair enough BN....just remember a few things. Boxing is a very complicated sport. Pure physical fitness is only one factor that contributes to a boxer not tiring and fading late. Other things come into it. How crafty is the boxer...how sparingly does he use his energy, how many shots does he take, particularly body shots. How many punches does he throw that miss... Can he clinch, take breathers... How cool headed is he... How sound are his fundamentals...his experience...ring IQ... Remember that other lads are very fit too....frampton for example is another gym rat.... Not doubting what you say buddy, just consider the big picture, that's all...

Sorry pal. The only possible ch1nk in the armour could be lack of experience. He was a late starter so didn't have many amateur fights. He's smart and a very fast learner. If you were in his weight division surely you'd be better off fighting him now than 2 years down the road.

Such as: How crafty is the boxer...how sparingly does he use his energy, how many shots does he take, particularly body shots. How many punches does he throw that miss... How sound are his fundamentals...his experience..how mature is he ....ring IQ...etc etc etc Are you sure about that? Are you certain that he ticks all the boxes I mentioned? They are rather important issues, and I am not at all certain that KG DOES tick all those boxes....and history is on my side in saying that. Many KG lookalikes have come and gone and most of 'em failed at the highest level.... This is in no way knocking the Kid...but they are valid questions I feel. As I say I hope he is one of the exceptions. I agree he will only get better...and you are right , better to fight him now than later. He would be an ideal warm up for Carl before his title shot, an ideal "keep sharp" opponent. Might make Carl work harder than Parodi...might even make CF "look bad". Parodi was a little too easy, (due to CF being so good I know, not faulting Parodi) plus Carl has had long layoffs lately. Inactivity is an insidious enemy. :good

I think the Dickens fight showed that Galahad can look uncomfortable on the front foot & trying to force the action. Any news about when he's fighting next? Its a shame he's not on the C5 card at Glow
He has talent but not enough for world level imo, having said that who would have said someone like Ricky Burns would be a world champ back in 2008, It is possible but I doubt it.
KG is a good domestic fighter, he may even win a European title but i just don't see him winning a "Real" world title and i don't mean the type of rubbish one Scott Quigg which any true boxing fan doesn't recognize anyway.
They tried to make a British title fight v Gavin McDonnell for Nov 30th but McDonnell's manager turned it down. There were press reports that they wanted Frampton v Galahad on Haye-Fury undercard on Feb 8th and then a couple of days later Frampton gave his Euro belt up.
