That stupid noise Gavern was making contributed to the judges giving him the nod over Toney , its annoying , Toney should have been in that final , he won the first two rounds and gavern took the third , cant see how the judges gave him a win

Agree, that decision marred the event.

How do you think Sprott vs. Toney would have gone? :think

I don't imagine Toney would be getting hit with the Sprott jab as much as Gavern. How would Sprott like those right hands Toney was spamming on Legg? :think

Some of those fourteen could have come in and voted in the last few hours knowing the result...but definitely if that number grows beyond fourteen, we know anyone whose name doesn't appear there already is a pathetic shithead attempting to look smart by voting in a poll for a completed event. :deal

I think everybody really thought Sprott was a walking zombie not bound for the finals.

No way did fourteen people select him in the poll before this afternoon. That number has since inflated. There are some disingenuous folks...

He was 9/2 to get the grand prize, although he was favored 1/2 over the highly inactive Damian Wills (who had only boxed thirty seconds between 2011 and today) in his quarterfinal drawing.

The website that has news on fights gave odds yesterday for each fighter to win it all and Sprott was the decided favorite...

I guess I look stupid now for wholeheartedly not agreeing at the time, but hey! What's life without being wrong and what's boxing without an upset? Well, I guess the whole point is that it wasn't an upset... Anyways.

Nah, if you view a Google cache page of oddschecker.com from yesterday, Toney was 7/2 and Sprott 9/2.

Whats next for Sprott? a showdown with Hughie or Joshua early next year? Would be a decent step up/test for either guy.

Hughie slaps to a decision or possibly even gets upset.

Joshua stops him right quick. (without needing a poor ref call like today's with Kisicek)

I know they wanted to put Hughie in with sprott last week and even offered him a decent amount... Hughie definitely has vulnerabilities and some things that he needs to work on, but he's only 19 and has a long time to improve. For one I would like to see him add some muscle, that physique of his certainly isn't doing him any favors. he's definitely athletic/skilled but he needs to put on some muscle..

I honestly thought Toney( yes, even this version) would win, so don't feel bad.

I think Sprott Vs Toney would be a 50/50 fight , id worry about Toney though as he seemed to gas in round three vs Gavern , but he definetly should have won that fight he was way better in the first round and up till the last 30 secs of the second Gavern did nothing , Gavern did win the third though
