I'm just calling it like it is. They rather see him stay at a dead division like mw or try and pick on a ww like pbf than to move up and dare to be great and fight the likes of ward. Why is this? I think it's because they know ward is the truth and they don't want to see their guy within five time zones of him. They're perfectly fine letting a 32 year old fighter stay at a dead division fighting no hopers so they can keep building him up. Martinez is injured an already said he won't fight ggg for his first fight back so that means at the absolute earliest a fight could happen in the fall. Even then how much will Martinez have left? Hes knocking on 40 and hasn't looked good in his last two fights so why even bother?

Ggg needs to move up to 168 and fight the likes of ward or froch if he wants a shot at greatness or he can stay in a weak division fighting c class guys and keep getting called out for it. Other fighters get bashed because they don't move up after they've already moved up but ggg gets a pass? Why is that?

Im a huge ggg fan and definitely want to see him fight Ward, who I think will beat him.
I also wanna see him fight Froch

But this sounds like the exact same argument people made about Floyd. Do you agree that he should fight more people at mw/jmw instead of fighting the no hopers of the ww/jww division?

No and the reason being is 37 he started at 130 he's moved up 5 weight classes already. He's already certified he's the best if this era and a top 25 atg that's the difference. Ggg on the other hand is 31 or 32 and has a **** resume and continues to fight in a weak division. He must move up for a shot at greatness.

yeah right, middleweight is sh!t because no yank is good enough to be a legit contender...

This is Golovkin's division already, he'll have another few fights at 160 then he'll go to Oakland put a beating on your guy.

this usually is the troll like post you get when someone brings up ggg moving up and fighting ward. Instead of actually making points and a rational argument you get this. You can't be taken seriously for real debate log off.

It's a **** division because there's no one there. Besides ggg and Martinez name a fighter in the top 30 p4p fighting there.

Golovkin should stay at MW unless he can get a big fight in another division. Even if the division isn't great now, things can change pretty quickly.

It's actually a very deep division. But the best don't like their chances with Golovkin. Macklin is certainly not a C class fighter either. It sounds like you're trolling. I'm a fan of Golovkin and Ward and both divisions they're in.

The division is dead the two best fighters are a old Martinez and ggg. I wouldn't bash ggg if he fought quillen but he's not world class. The big fish are at 168 froch and ward and Kessler.

Easier to move up than to move down. Not to mention why would ward the #2 p4p fighter in the world move down to face a challenger? It doesn't work like that. Ggg is still trying to chase greatness and needs to move up.

It's great this Flo mo is volunteering Ward for the task. Unfortunately he has little interest in that fight at this point:

Ward is far more interested in facing Floyd at 160 anyway
