How obnoxious would you Brits be if this fight would not have happened?

Worse than with Haye before Wlad fight? :think

Probably a lot less obnoxious than you Yanks before Calzaghe gave Lacy a lesson.

I think GGG could move up and KO Ward.
GGG has the style to break ward down, he uses smart aggression, cuts off the ring well, goes to the body exceptionally well and packs a sledge hammer.

If GGG did move up, he'd be in it up to his ears.
Ward doesn't have the power to keep GGG off of him.

He has enough power to keep guys honest and discourages if iron chinned guys like Froch not to go all out attack. Not one punch KO power against world class guys but similar to the likes of Mayweather and Rigondeaux- he's fast, hard and accurate.

Nothing surprising about this at all. He has hid in Oakland for years and will not do drug testing. This is not a great champion, at all.

GGG, he would beat. Ward is too big.
Adonis, in Montreal would be interesting, Ward wins UD.
Kovalev, hardest fight style wise, Kovalev most likely takes it at 175, by decision. If it was like what he did with Dawson, Ward would KO him.

I think so too but the Chavez fight is being targeted for the beginning of March so Chavez wouldn't be fighting his next fight until June-July. I don't think Ward is going to sit another 7-8 months after being off for so long this time.

I think Ward's plan is to fight Chavez but he'll most likely(hopefully) take another fight before that. Chavez's next fight is about 3 1/2 months away and Ward would be on target to fight around that same time. If they both win then Ward-Chavez is on track.

I voted for "other" because I didn't see the option to vote for "nobody".
