He's still a role model for so many, and people have been wondering for years how come he didnt take the test against Mayweather??

I totally agree that he wants his image to be thats hes never scared of taking a drug test and people that think he was/still on the juice cant say he is on something.

Its so easy to say mayweather was scared. Mayweather never wanted a fight so he came up with blood testing (Like he knew pac was gonna say no, what if he would've said yes??) but when u sit down and think about it....How come he didnt??

What are the details of the testing procedure and the cutoff date? It's easy to say you are taking the test but if the cutoff date is a month and you are forewarned when tests will happen then it's not valid.
