This is a good fight between two young contenders to the Heavyweight crown.

I'd have to go with Ruiz by 6th TKO.

Hamer's heart has definitely been put into doubt after the Glazkov fight.
I'm all for fighters saving themselves e.g. Alvarado (especially in light of Mago) but Hamer wasn't receiving much of a beating TBH.

Then again I'm not a pro.

Think Hamer will get stopped around 6-8

Glazkov wasnt doing amazing against him but Ruiz jr will put a beating on him

To be fair he may have had a genuine injury and decided to pull out of the fight rather then be brave and get a beating and longterm injury.

Vitali made the right decision by pulling out against Byrd even though short term he was called a "quitter" for years.

Hamer is going to get knocked out... He has decent skills, but he just doesn't have the heart needed to compete at the highest level. Ruiz despite his misleading appearance is the complete package.

    Undoubtedly.

Hamer has one of the stronger jabs in the division, and if he actually thought he could go places, I could see him being as good as Kevin Johnson with his jab......but Hamer doesnt handle the struggles all to well.

And yeah, Ruiz Jr would defo cause him problems, from the first rd on.:think

Prediction: Tor Hamer will quit on his stool once again.
