    I see what it all is. Ever since that Kovalev comment.

    It's the inferority complex.

    You feel like you NEED it.

    All the real dudes don't need it. I helped train wide receivers from Florida State after their football career.

    They aren't about liftin all that bull**** weight.

    Wanted to switch to prison style.

    One guy sqauts 6 plates on each side. Yet, you callin him a *****?

    He runs a 4.3. I help him out.

    Ya'll mother ****ers got that inferiority.

    Ain't no one PERSON in the entier sweden that can do a one arm pull up.

    I'm talkin ONE arm, not assisted.

    I know for DAMN sure no swedish kid can do ****. They weak as hell.

    All boxers in the upper classes lift, physical strength is part of boxing.

    There was a vid last year of Fury deadlifting 550 with his bare back, can't believe he never picks up injuries.

    Nah, you don't know about calesthenics.

    I know about both.

    I trained people WAY stronger than you could ever dream of bein in the prison style.

    They are better off now with my way.

    Can your two functioning brain cells cooperate and understand that nobody is knocking calisthenics?

    You're the only one here knocking weight lifting, and you're getting pummeled on the topic as you know absolutely zilch.

    As someone previously posted, you should cut your losses and walk off, you're embarrassing yourself to the point of your fellow posters feeling sorry for you.

    I admit I don't know much about calisthenics but it seems you don't know anything about weight training. I've read your posts and its getting embarrassing.

    On topic most of my coaches hated weights ..They always advised to stay away from weights as it also ruins your flexibility ..If anything they advised very light weights with more reps ..The minute I heard that Haye needed surgery for his shoulder I immediately pointed to the weights ..So much for all these advancements ..I always said boxers need to stick to the roots of training ..
