The charges are usually the same regardless of the number of ticket you've ordered, dumb****. Plus this story is like 3 or 4 years old so I wouldn't be surprised if they raised their booking fees. Add to that the fact that I'm not a little frustrated tightwad ******* like yourself. :hat
No the booking fee is proportionate to the ticket price, if you'd actually bought tickets you'd know this. You're right you're not a tightwad, you're a mug that gets ripped off :hi: Just home from the League 2 play off final at Wembley, sick of fling now so at least this is one less journey I need to make :hat
In light of our recent communication, I can now confirm that Eventim UK will be refunding your booking fees in this instance. This will be processed today but can take up to 10 woking days to credit your card account. Kind Regards, Stuart James. Customer Service Manager. Eventim UK Ltd.
Email sent by me "I ordered from you in good faith, I am not interested in any disputes between you and a 3rd party, the contract exists between you & my only. The sale of goods act 1979 is clear on this & I am entitled to a refund of postage costs. YOU cancelled the event so I am entitled to a full refund, if I do not receive a full refund I will issue a summons & will distribute it around twitter & the boxing forums as I have already done so with this matter. Your t&c's are illegal & you are ripping people off to the tune of £1,000's. If you sold 10k tickets for this event & have retained on average £10 from each booking then that is widespread fraud & a matter than needs to be pursued further, with if need be legal intervention to protect other members of the public from this con." Today's reply Thank you for your email. We will now refund your postage fees as a gesture of good will. Please accept this as full and final settlement. Regards, Stuart James. Customer Service Manager. Eventim UK Ltd. Well I no longer have a case to fight, but anybody else who hasn't had a FULL refund as required by law knows what to do!
I don't think he'll fight again, there's nothing wrong with his hand the MEN wasn't even half sold out.
@ anyone who bought a ticket to a Haye fight you were basically asking to have your money stolen. :rofl
Without Prejudice, David Haye is a share holder in EventIM - and these people just gave him an easy 600,000 - TWICE!
LOL David is still making money off of the British public. They arent getting full refunds because part is going to Hayefaker promotions. Fraud from start to finish.
