    I second this!

    Floyd is clear #1 and Ward clear number 2 . . . if you look strictly at ability he could be considered top 3 MAYBE, and that is a big MAYBE because there are a number of fighters that have proven to be just as capable. I say if Pac dominates Rios (like he should, the guy is only a smaller version of the limited Margo) he could make the top 5 again.

    guerrero was a "mandatory" but who gives a sh.it, he was a blown up featherweight and 11-1 underdog. it was a joke when it was signed and a joke in the ring.

    I rank Pacquiao as #5 p4p. If he beats Rios in spectacular fashion and i do mean spectacular then he goes to #7 :D
