Chris Joke. A perfect example of corruption in boxing. He would get a beating from a decent group of fighters but keeps his belt fighting tomato cans.

Why will the 50th fight be his last?

John needed a gift and robbed Marquez he would of robbed Pacquiao, Morales, Barrera, etc. He almost got ko'd by Rocky Juarez. He's nothing outside indonesia. Maybe related to Elton John, but he is nothing.

I like Joel but he needs to step it up. John 118-110 if it is Joel.

He or his manager said in an interview once that he wanted to reach 50 fights without a loss and retire '' the best featherweight ever ''. His next opponent sonned Yordan so he may throw a spanner in the works but I doubt it.

I think he beat JMM myself and is a skilled boxer. He makes heaps more money in Indo,Singapore. He only made 100k for the Juarez fight and was nearly robbed(1st fight draw).

Chris John has been a very good champion. He needs to never fight in America again because he will get robbed, but in neutral territory he will be hard to beat............

For me this came down either Lomachenko or Donaire.

Chris needs to fight one of them in the US and give himself that final exposure to show his goods or be relegated the same section of boxing memory as the Sven Ottke.

He needs a global audience not just an Asian one. Not that Asia doesn't have a huge potential audience.

Lomachenko will make a bigger statement in his 2nd fight than Chris Yawn will have in 50.

He also got those ugly draws, it will be historic 50-0 & 20 title defenses. Retiring as the greatets Featherweight of all time.

I think Donaire will be the best choice, especially if he picks up a belt in 126

defending the WBA version of a belt in this era 20 times means jack. his opponents are laughable. he never unified.
ever heard of Salvador Sanchez? Sandy Saddler? Even Prince Hamed unified titles and was at least fighting credible opponents. chris johns opponents are known for fighting chris john and never heard from again....except maybe gainer, juarez and of course JMM...the other 17 opponents are pretty sad

The Very Intelligent ATG Chris John (He used his superior IQ to school prime JMM), knew that someone like you will come try to **** over his ATG accomplishment.

He Picked the WBA, the same belt that Pedroza defended to acheive the IBHOF status as the most title defenses in Featherweight. Now if Chris John manages to breaks it & retire Undefeated at 50-0 who will simply equate Ricardo Lopez ATG status. Statistically he is ahead of Pacman & JMM (both rematched each other into media inflated ATG status) That remains a subjective issue that will be revised and corrected when the hype is stripped :deal

John vs. Donaire would be great.
