Yeah, 'whiskers' is far better. The folk that really irritate me are the "He looks drained, gaunt etc" crew who come out for every weigh in. Does my head in every time. :gsg
Causal fans are unlikely to say stuff like that as they wouldn't understand what the fighter may sacrifice to cut weight!
I soundly class them as mostly idiot yanks that jump from one doped up hypejob ****ryman to the next, whilst stuffing down cheeseburgers and shooting each other.
**** me -some hardcore snobs on here!grow up gayboys.i'm hardcore as ****-good for you.why not instead try to educate and nercher the so called casual fan instead of alienating them??grow up
I'd agree with that, you would think the so called hardcore would enjoy educating the less educated fan....I like to give my opinion but if someone more knowledgable comes along and provides more insight, I'm happy to be educated and perhaps change my opinion....or at least be more educate the next time!
She aren't you confusing casuals........people like me,armchair fans who no little about the technical aspects of the sport.....and are too afraid ever to get in a ring!.....with people who hold a different opinion to you?Remember if everyone held the same opinion there would be very little point in holding boxing matches:roll:
For what its worth I don't like people saying, good post, bad post etc.But Ive got to say I think this is a good un.Honest and well put.The halls would be empty if you had to be an expert to be there. Were all different. In the past,Id never have considered myself a casual football fan,but I am now.I can take it or leave it.But I never miss an England game on telly, not for anything.Boxings different, never miss a thing.Might know **** all,but not casual.
