    Yep I don't know how people blame Roach here, Ariza was the instigator.

    he kicked him...which is wrong and assault....but he didnt hit him 20 times in the face with his fist after he was knocked out. he wouldnt get 1 day of prison time for a 3 second fight. had roach pressed charges over in the states (had it happened there) chances are he wouldnt have even went to jail over night....but worse case, sat in jail over night

    I know nothing about Chinese law, but if you approach someone with your fists balled up as Roach did they don't have to wait for you to throw the first punch to 'defend' themselves.

    And nobody got hurt. This is a scuffle, nothing more.

    he wasnt hurt. suffered no injuries. worst thing that would happen is roach could file a civil suit and sue him for 5 grand. no prison or jail time for this guy for that. if you could get prison time for being a classless ****, then he would deserve 2 years in prison for what he did
