    anyone think that's a possibility? has mayweather stated his opinion on this fight?


    personally i hope the fight never happens now as the top rank phoneys dont deserve a dime off of mayweathers name

    so youre ok with hbo and arum blacklisting GBP fighters, but now changing their tunes now that Pac needs a cash out fight? :nut

    Its not gonna happen.

    It was easier to make this fight in 09/10 then it his now.
    Since then Top Rank and GBP have been feuding and dont work together.

    Both fighters fight for different networks. Floyd with Showtime and Manny with HBO.

    Mayweather will fight One of these next: Khan, Alexander or Maidana if he beats Broner.

    Pacquiao will fight Provodnikov or a rematch with Bradley.

    The only way this fight ever happens is if Pacquiao leaves Arum at the end of his contract with TR but by then he and Floyd might be done with boxing.

    IMO this ship has sailed and is not coming back.

    Honestly screw Manny/Floyd now...it'll never make up for what could have been an immense fight a few years back...even if Manny somehow would beat Floyd if it happened now...gimme Floyd/Danny G over Manny any day now.

    I'm sure Floyd would not fight Rios even if he wins(i give him 1% chance of doing that) but i hope he fights Pac it would still do amazing numbers and would be great for the sport.
