i honestly hated him in his 135 days.. i just looked at him as some bully who liked to drain himself and re hydrate heaps to bully smaller guys (see JCC JNR) but since the 135 days he really has impressed me as a guy he just comes across as a really funny relaxed guy who wants to give the fans what they want (saying he will fight anyone anytime anywhere).

during the alvarado fight he was trading bombs with mikey and the bell rang and he goes back to the corner all hyped up with a smile on his face "I ****ING LOVE IT!"

even during the latest events with roach and rios team he was not phased nor did he get involved.. he seemed to be laughing at the whole situation whilst continuing to train

he has really turned himself around in my eyes

He seems down to earth but a bit crass and dimwitted and a badmouth. In context of him growing up in tough gang ridden environment, hes a good dude

cant tell other than his thick as **** (naked Chinese kids comment at pres conference, how stupid you'd need to be to say that).

the incessant swearing is annoying. but like I say you cant tell whats hes really like.

he's a complete thug really who has calmed down in part thanks to his profile and his wife (or so he has said in several interviews). he still has an immature, mean streak in him when he thinks he's being funny he's not i.e. the roach situation a few years back, the gamboa presser etc. not to mention his company sucks, he hangs with guys like margarito and that snake garcia so i don't really like him overall. respect him in the ring though

    Spastic, ******,Imbecile,Immature,Dumb etc.

Thats just some words that i would use to describe him.

But i'm just going from what i've seen of him.

I Dont know him personally, he could actually be a good dude(and still have all those qualities i've listed).

One would have to know his family and the environment he grew up in to understand Brandon. The best words to describe Brandon are, emotional, hard head, soft hearted and loyal. Brandon has always had a soft heart for sick and hungry kids. He has a fiery temper and he is hilariously funny all in the same moment. Loud like his Momma and opinionated like his Dad. He is loyal in that he has never forgotten his roots and those that helped to get him where he is. Rios does not trust many people and he keeps his circle tight. He is hyper and annoying at times. When he trains however he is all business. Roach calling Rios lazy is just wrong. Brandon works his ass off in the ring. People here in his home town either love Rios or not. Not so much like hate him just not like him. Rios was a street kid who fought a lot and raised a lot of hell. In my opinion he turned out pretty good considering. I have mixed feelings about him. I respect what he has done but I don't hang around him when he is home. My head coach and him have a great time though.

Doubt you know him, No opinion on him at all.

IF I had to guess tho...
Seems like a cool dude to hang with, type of guy you want on your side as opposed to against. My dad knows his father in-law... Small world.

Unlike Broner, I think Rios is a pretty legitimate good guy.

He's a like a 12 year old trapped inside a grown mans body.

Spending 10 minutes talking to him would give me a ****ing migraine.
