Yes. But it would have probably been tough for this date with China broadcast and all.

The problem with Froch is he is throwing looping punches that are slower than groves straight punches, the cobra needs a big punch to turn this fight around

    Round 7

Groves is waiting on Froch, ducking away from his jab and then rising up with two-handed slashing counterattacks to drive him out, St. George doing the Cobra like St. Patty did the allegorical snakes of Ireland. Groves is drawing the lead by squatting in close to Froch, then rolling his shoulders and popping BIG right hands into Froch's nose. Froch is taking huge power lunges as he turns in place and looks to get a bead on Groves but can not find consistency with his aim or timing. Froch tries some hip-swiveling body hooks with either hand but Groves moves into him and smothers. Back on the outside, Groves is toying with Froch using the jab shot up quickly from the hip. Hook off the jab by Groves. Froch explodes with a flurry until the bell as Groves shells up.

    10-9 Groves

    70-62 Groves

Shut up Jim Watt! It's not as one sided as you making out. Groves winning but it's competitive.

69-63 Groves, close round again but the first once I've given Froch.
