What a horrible stoppage. Foster took away Froch's moment to KO Groves ala Jermain Taylor.

    Same score I had.

Every rd was close for the the most part.

You cant just score for the underdog just b/c he's doing better than ppl thought he would.

The Champion should get the benefit of the doubt in ALL close rds.:deal

In fairness I think Froch could've got him out there anyway. But poor stoppage :-(

My prediction from the Froch v Groves prediction thread
"Froch's workrate over the next two rounds, the punishment and pain he inflicts on Groves virtually unanswered, will see the Ref step in and save Groves before the end of round eight."

    And yes, Froch got lucky.

Early stoppage sure, but Groves was almost out of there. Froch would've finished him 30 seconds later. Well done Cobra.

I thought Groves was going to get a count because of the way he fell into the ropes.
    Can't believe it was stopped

In fairness, that comment was for his general ineffectiveness in controlling the action. Yelling "break", and then doing nothing as the fighters were rabbit punching each other. It seemed the ref was betwixt and between.

The stoppage was worse than all that though.
