That is a stupid statement considering they are in a boxing match. And even if he had survived he was clearly going to be robbed on the cards

One thing that hasn't worsened is his chin. You have to admit that he did take some punishment during that fight, but was still able to keep going strong. His style is just so awkward and slow though.

God some of you are ******ed. His chin is still granite. He got cold, the **** happens in boxing. I swear some of you dont even watch boxing unless youre drunk and cant comprehend whats going on.

Plenty of elite fighters? Like who? Let me give you a list of non-elite fighters he has been in with: Jermain Taylor, Glen Johnson, Bute, Abraham, Dirrell

He is 0-1 losing by a landslide to the only elite fighter he has fought. Unless you want to count Kessler as elite, then he is 1-2.

If you try and coast against somone like Froch he will attack you, you have to make him think twice before coming in

Plus Groves woulda lost the decision anyway terrible setup

There was a point in the fight where they were in an exchange, and I think Groves must have landed about three or four big power punches in a row...Froch was somehow able to take them. I don't know if his chin has 'cracked', but it can't be that bad.

His chin goes up after that shot he took tonight,he probably cant be knocked out.

All fighters with legendary chins get KTFOed eventually. Just look at Margarito. Taking a great shot isn't cool. Being able to avoid them is. Respect to both men though.

Yeah, he took some good shots and recovered well. But somebody with a real Iron Jaw wouldn't have gone down on that shot. Froch does not have an elite level jaw.

Yes, he did back him up. Because Froch isn't a well-balanced fighter. Froch has a great chin as everyone knows, it's not like he had him in serious trouble bar the knockdown.

No I dont think froch would have stopped him Groves was hardly hurt he took everything froch had. He would have been robbed anyway ffs two refs had him 1 point behind prior to stoppage. Bad ref, bad judges, bad stoppage all made it a bad night for boxing.

    Froch's chin is inhuman!

He got decked because he was tense in the first few rounds, he seemed nervous, which is not like him.

The way he came back into the fight was ****ing impressive, and once he warmed up he just walked through all those bombs.

Everybody knows Froch doesn't have elite skills but his other attributes allow him to be competitive against guys a level below the elite. Groves looks good for a young guy with little experience, he really is like a miniature, albino David Haye.
