    For a stationary fighter whos there. He didnt do that to Bradley, because he wasnt there . Rios is doing nothing but coming forward. No angles no nothing.

    Pacquiao is hunkering down on the outside, holding both arms by his chest and bowing forward a bit. Rios drops a right hand on him and grazes, mostly getting his shoulder. Quick right up-jab and left cross by Pacquiao. Right hooks to the body by Pacquiao as he circles rapidly around Rios, making him cross his feet.
