    Pacquiao has won all 12 but lets be honest Manny is a fighter in decline not saying he is done or cant still fight at a top level but he isn't the amazing ATG he was before

    Pacquiao is circling left and taking Rios' jab on the wrist, never in danger of getting hit with it. Pacquiao snaps in a jab and 1-2 on Rios' face while hopping inside and then laterally past him. Right jab and left uppercut by Pacquiao, both penetrating through Rios' guard. Lead left hand on the forehead by Pacquiao, sailing above it. Rios spins and through swollen eyes sizes Pacquiao up for a shot he is never going to land, until the bell.
