LMAO I could hear the thuds of his shots. Rios was covering up like Clottey and did open up like the Rios we're use to seeing.

At this stage of their careers, yes. I actually think Mayweather could stop Pac late.

But 2008 and 2009 is a different story.

It's called being cautious after almost a 1 year lay off and got KO'd hard previously and also take note he is in there with a BIG puncher.

You can't expect a KO all the time. Pacquiao boxed great today.

It doesnt matter who Mayweather has last stopped or not. Thats the problem with people who go to boxrec and try to get by on stats.

The matchup speaks for itself... as does Pacs fading chin, form, and defense.

Lastly, heres a big shocker for you, could does not equal would.

Mayweather UD is the likely outcome. But could I see him shredding pac with sharp counters in the championship rounds, to the point where Freddy has seen enough? Hell ya I do.

But I digress.... your brilliance of knowing that there is 0% chance Mayweather catching Manny often with clean, crisp shots he doesnt see coming over and over again late in the fight doesnt lead to a ref or corner stoppage is a beacon of your experience watching boxing and your analysis of how these two match up at this stage of their careers

But again, could doesn't mean would, and the overwhelmingly likely outcome is May UD.

That you jumped so hard about a 'could' scenario is funny though.

As long as Floyd keeps ducking him, yes, Pacquiao is a piece of cake.

Clottey and Rios couldn't land one decent punch on Pacman, and just decided to cover up and survive. Both fights were shut-outs.

The guys who open up against Pacman got hurt really badly. Floyd knows he might lose to Pacquiao, and so he'll just keep talking about beating him without actually doing it.
