I see what you're saying but a lot of people were amazed anyone thought it was anything other than a mismatch, at least shenmue has come back and admitted he was wrong.

 

Thought Froch would win & do so in decent style.He may well of got the stoppage but was outboxed for almost all of the fight joke ending TBH.

Groves really impressed me & everyone else watching he can & will come again & you really have to think we have not seen the best of him yet.Will only get better.

 

Check my previous posts I never once said it was gonna be a walkover but I did pick Carl to stop him and he did so I wasn't far off regardless of it being premature.Also about mocking people,I don't think I mocked anyone that didn't have a go at me first.I always try and respect the opinions of others but if I feel someone is goading me I'll let them have it.

In your posts you were certain Groves had no chance,no problem, but every thread you posted in you baited people and dismissed any valid point-came across a knob in doing so. Not my fault that one. Oh and yeh I can be a knob,us mortals tend to be at times

 

Yeah fair play I've just had a look wt the post history and shenmue was rubbishing every single poster that thought groves had a chance, it's a bit much haha.

I honestly thought froch would walk it tonight and so did a room full of my mates, we were all screaming at the state of the stoppage, don't think I've seen a worse world title finish, embarrassing,

 

I tipped a Froch stoppage in round 9 (for real haha) but wanted Groves to give himself credit in his performance, I thought he would tire and the fight was maybe too soon for him. Never saw what happened coming and I'm happily wrong about it-however the stoppage was so,so poor,like the ref wanted to at the first chance he got. Matchroom and Eddie are making a mockery of boxing with this stuff. Refs etc know if they don't judge Hearns way they probably won't get to ref/judge on sky again

He has the talent, the power, and youth on his side to do things in the sport but the way he gassed after being so dominant is not a good sign. When he started to tire Froch started landing on him with his slow ass lunge attacks.

I might of dismissed your points because you come across as an absolute divvy but I sure as hell never said the fight was gonna be a walkover for Froch,I always expected Groves to give problems in the early rounds but just not as much as I thought Froch would walk through his punches.Instead of trying to play the I told you so card and being a shite bag why don't you direct your energy into something more positive,like I said before it's quite obvious you have no life.

Getting away from the childish comments.

We have learned that groves is world class, can take a decent punch and is defo in the mix with the best SMW in the world.

We have also learned that this business continually lets its self down, how 2 judges had it 76-75 is beyond me.

The real question for me is, was that a Froch poor performance, Has the wars started to take there toll and he is on the decline, or is groves that good that he made Froch look average and slow at times

I have to say I think its a little of all of them
