That is the truth. The fact is that Froch needed corrupt judging officials, biased ref and a crooked promoter and he still lost.

Groves will train harder and only get stronger and faster, he's 25 and in the peak of his life. I wouldn't be surprised if he got faster, he's the SMW version of David Haye.

Froch, only downhill from here. He's very slow and hittable now, non-existent reflexes.

If a rematch is a go, both fighters will clearly tighten up on their weaknesses but I think it'll be more so Groves as he's physically capable of carrying out the task. Froch hates fast fighters, and his career and epic wars have taken too much out of him that his chin isn't as good anymore.

Don't get me wrong, he's got an iron chin but against a speedy fighter like Groves who has excellent timing/reflexes, it won't matter. With an even more motivated Groves and fairer officials, Froch will get flattened.

    Groves by KO in 3.

I think groves would win the rematch. He lost his cool during the latter part of the fight and could do with a real trainer to improve him.

He has improved into a fully blown box puncher and imo would destroy de gale easy in a rematch

But Froch deserves tremendous respect for pulling out the win there, the shot he came back from wouldve ended many.

No way TKO/KO 3 absolutely no way unless froch is fighting without his chin on his face

I would go for a UD for Groves or a late stoppage by accumulation of punches by either man

Just re-watched, the stoppage looks worse. Groves was throwing back and still had his legs. Landed big clean shots in that round beforehand as well. If Groves fights smarter he'll beat Froch easy.

Who is groves promoted by? If he is promoted by hearns, they must be thinking WTF did we do, we robbed the next SMW sensation from the UK.

As I said before, the more times you watch that awful stoppage the worse it keeps getting!

Sure Adam Booth was still his manager for the fight, manager but not trainer.
He won the court case to get his managers fee.
Booth might have made the difference, stopping Groves from loosing his head in the later rounds.
Crying together after the fight ??? can see them getting back together for the rematch.
Thats if it ever made, which I personally think is unlikely, unless Groves joins Hearn and gives Matchroom a no lose situation.
Lets just hope that public opinion demands the rematch, leaving |Froch with no alternative if he wants to keep his warrior image intact.

It wasn't Booth's fault, it was the OFFICIALS. CORRUPTION.

I am sure they both have got very good payday for that one but if Froch is at least a little bit concerned about his legacy he would not take his chances for a second fight. Groves would come vicious for a second one knowing he is far superior in so many departments. I personally don't see Froch taking the risk. He'd rather fight a few more B levels to look good and then retire.

I wouldn't be surprised. There's only so many big right hands a man can take.

He does fight a lot like him, the way he throws his jab looks like Haye's too.
