Best angle, can't believe it... Groves is out on his feet

    The ref got him in a headlock so he let his arms dangle. What the hell is that supposed to prove?

    Groves look very tired to me. The ref pulled him away from the action. Groves was still fully there.

    that shows nothing new... any sane ref would have allowed it to continue. He was free of froch for one second and he clearly has a clear head as he argues with the ref immediately.

    Groves was tired and hurt.
    If every ref stopped every fight as soon as a fighter was tired and a bit buzzed we'd have no good fights to speak of.

    Bullsh*t stoppage,you can pick whatever angle you wish.Word is Carl Froch backing out on his promise already,by saying it's upto McCracken & Eddie.

    Word is carl froch said on sky today numerous times he will fight groves again. If it doesnt happen its eddie hearns fault.

    That being said he gets whupped in a rematch

    that was one of the most comical stoppages ever. i think froch would have won rounds 9, 10, 11, 12 though.

    Groves dominated most, if not all of the previous rounds, so I'm not so sure Froch was on his way to knock him out. I think Groves would've wised up and boxed a little on his back foot. Too bad, though, we'll never know because a ref looking out for the promoter's fighter...

    If the sport were basketball, I agree with you...it was a flagrant foul and the ref should've blew the whistle! :thumbsup
