I don't disagree with you. But to judge a fighter solely on something as narrow as "prime, great opponents" is far too narrow-minded. Based on that type of logic, the Klitchschkos aren't great because they never beat a prime great fighter, and therefore the heavyweight division can never be great again because no one will ever be able to prove themselves a great with no prime, great opponents at heavyweight anymore.

There are NO prime, great fighters at welterweight or even super-welterweight for Floyd to fight except, at a stretch, Bradley. And anyone who refuses to give Floyd credit for Hatton or Marquez certainly won't give him credit for Garcia moving up.

That sort of restrictive reasoning is why we have threads on this board like "Ray Robinson was an overrated hype job". You could take the best fighter in history and count the number of prime, great opponents he's fought at their best weight with no extenuating circumstances and have trouble naming more than five. Is that how we judge a fighter's whole career? On nothing but that?

Guerrero, Ortiz, and Canelo may not be great, and Cotto and Mosley may not be prime, but they were at the top of their division at the time Floyd fought them. That's all I can ask for - make the best fights you can make against the best fighters you can make them against, and look great winning. If you can do that consistently the way Floyd has, then you've shown your greatness.

I'm not going to hold him to account for not fighting people who don't exist.

It is Void who is picking Pac to beat him...........he has made every excuse in the world to keep from fighting Pac. Void, Sr. said that Void, Jr. will never fight Pac. He said that right after Pac stopped Cotto and yes, Void is afraid...........

Void does not have nearly as much power as Pac. Styles make fights and Pac is the wrong style for Void. Void is the one picking Pac to beat him because he knows, this is the reason Void has been running from Pac since Pac stopped Cotto. Void, Sr. said as much in different words...........

Void does not stop anyone, he is not a hard puncher.

Void is the one who tells the fans he could lose to Pac, he has been running from Pac since Pac stopped Cotto, something Void could not do...........

Agreed. And in many of those cases, the only reason why they're ever used as examples of "prime great" fighters whom Floyd avoided is because the fights didn't happen. If Floyd retired before fighting Guerrero, there would be threads today talking about Floyd ducking a multi-division champion who was prime and had the Castillo-like style to beat him. Instead, Floyd beats him effortlessly and Guerrero's name is immediately forgotten, like he never existed.

I still laugh at how, in 365 days, this board shifted from "Floyd will never fight Canelo" to "Floyd cherry-picked Canelo". And its not just Floyd - every boxer out there has a camp of people who only come on this site to discredit them.

I don't think theres any true hatred there, I just think it is easier to spark conversation by being negative than positive. One only needs to see the most replied to threads to see that.

Lol. 23 KOS at WHAT WEIGHT CLASS? Lightweight! Against Bums. 10 pounds is nothing. Styles and Skills make fights. Rios was tailor made. Lets see Pac give up 10 pounds to someone who can actually box. He'd never. because he'd look like ****.

Rios is a D+ fighter. Maybe a C-. Be real. And I like Brandon Rios. But I dont pretend he's skilled, he's on dimensional and slow.

Pac did not run out of gas. Pac has never tested positive of steroids. Void and Ward fans feel that Ward should never have to take a PED test, nor fight outside him home town. Void can't punch hard at all, Pac punches much harder than Void and Pac give angles, if fast, moves well on his feet.

It is Void who tells us that Pac can beat him. Void is still running from Pac for years now, ever since Pac stopped Cotto, something Void could not do. If Pac is so easy to beat, then Void would have fought him by now instead of running like a chicken.........

Were you born stupid dude or did you have to work real hard to get this way? If you thought Judah only won 3 rounds then you are the only one here "making up **** just to hear yourself talk".

Floyd was off balance because Judah hit him with a hook, ****** :patsch Btw if a fighter's gloves touches the canvas it is a knock down. How about you learn the rules before you post out of your ass.

Here are some facts for yo' azz:

Clottey - Comming off a loss and holdng NO belt.
Mosley - Coming off a loss and a draw and holding NO belt...after Roach refusing to fight him unless at a cathweight when he was holding the Lineal Title
Margarito - Suspended, holding NO belt....DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A BOXING LICENSE!!!
Rios - Comng off a loss and Holding NO belt and not even ranked at WW.

What kind of an ATG fighter has a resume like this and then demands 50/50? I am facepalming like a Mutha-Fuka right now!!!
