Duran's head movement and defense was superior to Manny's. Good luck with that.

Not to mention that Pacquiao has no inside game what-so-ever, and comparing him to Duran's inside assault is even more ridiculous. Even a blind man can see Manny has a deficiency on the inside. It's a huge flaw in his game. Manny needs space to punch.

And Manny has a bad habit of backing straight up. He does it a lot. He doesn't move the head, and just backs up thinking that's defense. Very bad habit and what got him clocked by Marquez's right hook in the 3rd round of their 4th fight. Along with many other Marquez right hands during their 4 wars.

Manny is also very susceptible to feints, which you can see in all his bouts with Marquez. It will disrupt his rhythm and drastically lower his output.

Manny is great because of his physical attributes, namely his speed which is where he generates his power. Manny has such blinding speed that few guys in the sport can time him coming in and out. If other fighters would try to mimic Manny's style, they'd probably look very stupid, get caught, and trip/fall due to balance issues. Just like if another fighter tried to mimic Roy Jones Jr.... Not going to happen because you don't have those physical abilities.

Pacquiao is an extremely gifted athlete.

Because he doesn't have enough good wins already atsch Why not wait until they are of Hopkins age and they can fight for oldest champ while they are at it, it already should have happened the sooner it happens now the better

 

I think 55-35 % in Floyd s favour and the extra 10 % goes too the Typhoon disaster.

 

If this fight ever happens it would be a boring fight. Do people honestly think two brothers who are as close as they are would make the fight anything other then a sparing session?
