This. :deal Been really dying to see that fight. I think GGG starches Martinez and ends his run.

    Absolute bull****.

Carl froch is an example of an average boxer who's had success based on other attributes.

Manny Pacquiao is anything but. He would be by far the best, most unpredictable, most capable of countering the counter, most lively bag of tricks Floyd Mayweather has faced in his entire career. And by a long long distance.

You have to analyse who Mayweather has been fighting for the past decade. You just have to.

It's one thing to pop lead right hands and then smother without taking a shot back, against a Guererro, or an Ortiz...

But to do that against Pacquiao and not take punishment in return would be something else entirely. This is a thinking man's sport; you're right. Which begs the question how people can overlook this.

If Mayweather could execute the same kind of tactics against a fighter who is levels and levels above what he's been comfortably beating, then he'd deserve full credit.

He is obviously not confident he could, and he never has been. You can reiterate as many times as you want, that Floyd will walk through Pacquiao, but the best analyst of that, is Floyd himself.

He knows what his strengths and weaknesses are, and he knows how he feels about his ability to beat a man. And it's he who, rightly or wrongly, doubts things would be as easy against Pacquiao as they have in his last god-knows how many fights.

What has GGG showed that makes people so sure he won't have tremendous difficulty the minute he's in against someone who can actually box?

I'm not buying into the hype over this kid. He looks strong. But he looks beatable.

truth is Floyd is not the better draw. most of his PPV fights have had stacked undercard on a very good date, and he hypes his fight like it's his last fight (add that he fights once a year so *****s will miss him). and they only show you american PPVs (dude's american) what about the rest of the world?

    You want Khan

I don't think that fight is going to draw many PPVs.

I will watch it just to see Floyd KO Khan:rofl:nut

hypes it up like it's his last fight....but signed a 6 fight deal with showtime...the fukc?

they only show you american PPVs? like manny's? Perhaps it's because their statures as boxing superstars warrant the PPV price....

he knows his style is boring that's why he hypes his fight like hell. those numbers posted by MVC are american only ppv buys right? what about asia / europe ppvs? they're not listed.

those words in pink are facts. i understand why you don't want none of that.

You mean no PPV revenue other than what's included in that very generous $40m offer that Mayweather made? :yep
